Well-being, Flexibility & Equity
Great Place To Work® identified the 25 winning multinational workplaces by surveying nearly 4.5 million employees worldwide, representing the workplace experience of nearly 15 million workers.
Fifteen percent more of employees at the World’s Best Workplaces said their company offered “special and unique” benefits (especially mental health programs), compared to other surveyed companies. Flexibility was also a key component of employee experiences, even for companies that can’t readily offer remote/hybrid work. Equity was another key trait of many of the companies on the list in 2022, with heavy investments in diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging for a global workforce.
