The sector lists are based on the Trust Index employee survey. The ranking is determined using the Great Place To Work For All formula.
Great Place To Work Nederland reserves the right to refuse a company's listing on a sector list at any time, before, during or after the survey has taken place.
To participate, the following conditions apply:
Certification. Only certified organizations are eligible for a spot on one of the industry lists.
At least 20 employees. Participation in the sector lists is possible for organizations with 20 or more employees.
For organizations in the Large category (500 or more employees), a Culture Audit is not required.
The sector lists are announced every year in September.
