Certification is based on feedback from your own employees. You get those insights with our employee survey, the Trust Index.
Your organization is certified if you meet the following conditions:

A score of 70% or higher on the Trust Index. At least 70% of your employees give positive answers to the statements from the Trust Index.

Sufficient response rate on the Trust Index. We calculate the minimum response rate based on the size of your organization.

A completed Culture Brief™. In the Culture Brief we ask extra information about your organization.
The cost of certification is always customized. Every organization is unique, which is why we tailor the process entirely to your situation and needs.
The length of a course varies from organization to organization and depends on several factors, for example:

How quickly you can and want to change gears
After you sign your contract, the process (from preparation for the Trust Index to certification) takes an average of 8 weeks.
But this is only an average. For example, it is also possible to complete the entire process in 4 weeks.
How much time certification takes depends on several factors, such as the size of your organization.
Keep in mind that certification takes a minimum of 6 to 12 hours internally. This time is spent, for example, on preparing the Trust Index, completing the Culture Brief and internal communication.
Filling out the Trust Index will cost your employees a one-time fee of 10 to 15 minutes.
