About this organization

Suzlon Energy Limited — Netherlands Branch (SELN) is a rapidly growing composites R&D and engineering hub within the Suzlon Group, based in Hengelo, NL. We specialize in aero‑loads and structural blade design, material development, and process engineering for wind‑turbine rotor blades, supported by our in‑house laboratory. Our R&D teams operate from Hengelo (NL) and Pune (India), collaborating on end‑to‑end development—from concept and prototyping through certification support. Key activities include design & analysis, materials qualification and lab testing. SELN plays a pivotal role in advancing next‑generation wind energy solutions for a greener future.

These are the requirements for certification:

A score of 70% or higher on the Trust Index;
A minimum response rate;
A completed Culture Brief™.

The certificate is valid for one year. Organizations with the highest scores on the Trust Index have a chance to make the Best Workplaces™ list.
