About this organization

Benefit Cosmetics is a global beauty brand founded in San Francisco in 1976 by twin sisters Jean & Jane Ford. Known for iconic products like Benetint, The POREfessional, Hoola, and BADgal BANG!, we sell cosmetics and brow products through retail boutiques, counters, and e-commerce worldwide under LVMH. We live by four pledges: have fun, make our own rules, build real connections, and invent creative solutions to unmet beauty needs.

Our people include Brow & Beauty experts, estheticians, retail and counter staff, and corporate teams spanning marketing, product development, e-commerce, finance, HR, and field sales — all united by our mission to make beauty radically feel-good for everyone.

These are the requirements for certification:

A score of 70% or higher on the Trust Index;
A minimum response rate;
A completed Culture Brief™.

The certificate is valid for one year. Organizations with the highest scores on the Trust Index have a chance to make the Best Workplaces™ list.
