We offer a structured onboarding process for our employees called “Passport to Protiviti.” This year-long program is designed to welcome new colleagues, share useful resources and information, highlight learning opportunities and introduce employees to company leadership. It also facilitates networking, and points employees to key contacts and reference points that can support them as they navigate their first year at Protiviti.

Throughout the program, we provide new hires with a sense of our unique culture and values;explain Protiviti’s business and how it drives the way we work;equip employees with the foundation and training for a successful daily work life;and help them continue building a connection with Protiviti, our people and each other.
