About the Great Place To Work certification
We believe the voice of the employee is most important. That’s why this certification is 100% based on the Trust Index™ employee survey. This survey consists of 60 statements on various themes. With this survey, we measure trust, pride and fun in organizations.

These are the requirements for certification:
- A score of 70% or higher on the Trust Index;
- A minimum response rate;
- A completed Culture Brief™.
The certificate is valid for one year. Organizations with the highest scores on the Trust Index have a chance to make the Best Workplaces™ list.
Working at Catalyze
At Catalyze, onboarding kicks off well before the first workday. New colleagues receive a warm welcome with a personalized package at home, while their manager stays in regular contact leading up to their start. On their onboarding day at the office—designed as a half-day experience—the focus is on getting to know each other personally. Every newcomer introduces themselves through five photos, followed by a group photo for LinkedIn and short presentations from managers.
In the following weeks, our buddy system ensures close guidance and a smooth integration across all departments, from Consultancy, Business Development to Staff. Every newcomer also follows our kick-start training program ensuring they are introduced to the Catalyze way of working in a supportive and inspiring environment.
