The Enlightened Dinner will be an evening of significance. In the city palace of Keetje Hodshon - a woman who was ahead of her time - we will celebrate progress and gender equality. While enjoying a catered dinner, we will announce the official ranking of the Best Workplaces for Women 2026.

Nathalie de Geus

Nathalie de Geus is CEO of ArboNed, a nationwide occupational health service provider in the Netherlands. Together with nearly 900 professionals, ArboNed supports around 65,000 small and medium-sized business owners in preventing and reducing employee absence.

In her role, Nathalie operates at the intersection of health, work and entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on the position and challenges of SMEs. With a career spanning executive and management roles in the financial sector, as well as supervisory positions in healthcare, education and the social domain, she brings a broad and forward-looking perspective.

Strategic development, organizational transformation and people-centered leadership are the common threads throughout her career. In occupational health services, her passions for health, organizational development and leadership come together naturally.

As CEO, Nathalie stands for innovation, connection and multidisciplinary collaboration. She fosters a culture in which professionals are encouraged to grow, take ownership and fully use their talents. Her leadership style is open and steady: clear in direction, inviting in collaboration.

In September 2025, she was named Top Woman of the Year 2025. The jury praised her as an inspiring role model with a future-oriented vision on work and leadership. Nathalie is committed to a labor market in which people can continue to work in a healthy, safe and resilient way, with particular attention to women’s health and to how organizations can create more inclusive and resilient work cultures.

Driven by her mission as Top Woman of the Year 2025 to embed absence prevention and women’s health structurally within organizations, Nathalie de Geus shares her vision on the role of leadership in a labor market where everyone can participate in a healthy, strong and sustainable way, regardless of background, life stage or gender.

Eva Brouwer

Eva Brouwer is a speaker, writer and successful entrepreneur. She is owner of Pak je Podium, for presenting on stage and online. Colorful, energetic and with humor, she helps companies and teams bring their message in such a way that it really comes through.

Whether it is about leadership, change or visibility, Eva teaches you how to persuade and inspire. With her background as a historian, journalist and television presenter, Eva knows better than anyone how to translate complex stories to a broad audience. What does it mean to be a Best Workplace for Women?

Organizations that are proud to call themselves a Best Workplace for Women meet the following criteria:

The number of women equals or exceeds the CBS benchmark in the organization's industry
The percentage of women in leadership roles exceeds 33%
Senior management consists of at least one woman
A Trust Index score of 70% or higher according to the women in the organization

A total of 243 organizations were eligible for the 2026 list. Of these, only 73 organizations met the above criteria. From this group, a selection by category (Small, Medium, Mid-Large and Large) was then made based on the For All formula. And your organization is among them!

How many colleagues can I bring?

Two seats per organization are available for this event. Bring an ally - your CEO, a colleague or like-minded person - of any gender. It is not an event exclusively for women.

How can I reach Hodshon Huis?

Car

House Hodshon is accessible by car. You can park your car in one of the following parking garages:

De Appelaar (4 minute walk to Hodshon Huis)
De Kamp (6 minutes walk to Hodshon Huis)
Haarlem train station (12 minute walk to Hodshon Huis)

Parking costs are at your own expense.

Public transportation

Hodshon Huis is also easily accessible by public transport. Take the train to Haarlem station. From there it is about a 12 minute walk to Hodshon Huis.

What language will be spoken at this event?

This event will be in Dutch.

What if I can't make it?

First of all: what a shame! If you cannot attend, the following policy applies:

Until February 13, 2026, you can cancel by email at no charge. You will receive a refund of the ticket price.
After February 13, 2026 you will not receive a refund of the ticket price, regardless of regardless of the reason for cancellation (including illness and private circumstances). In this case, of course, you can have another colleague come in your place.
