Frequently asked questions
The list of Best Workplaces is based on the Trust Index employee survey. For multinationals, the Culture Audit also counts. The ranking is based on the Great Place To Work For All formula.
Great Place To Work Nederland reserves the right to refuse a company's listing on the Best Workplaces list at any time, before, during or after the survey has taken place.
To participate in the Best Workplaces, the following conditions apply:
-
A minimum of 20 employees work at your organization
-
You achieve a score of 70% or higher on the Trust Index employee survey, based on the minimum response rate
-
If your organization falls into the large or multinational category, you write a Culture Audit™
The minimum response rate depends on the number of employees participating in the survey.
In 2022, we have decided that the Culture Audit will no longer be a requirement for small and medium organizations to participate in the Best Workplaces. For large and multinational organizations, however, the Culture Audit is still required.
On June 2nd 2023, after the Walk Your Talk event, we announced the Best Workplaces 2023 ranking and presented the awards.
