Trust Index
The Trust Index is our employee survey that measures trust, pride and camaraderie in your organization. These universal themes determine whether your organization is a good employer. The Trust Index consists of 60 statements, 5 demographic questions, 3 multiple-choice questions and 2 open-ended questions.
Culture Brief
This is a document in which we ask for quantitative data about your organization.
Invitation via QR code or login page
If your employees do not have a business email address, you can invite them via a QR code or general login page.
Insights in the results
Results in outline
You will discover how your organization scores on the five dimensions of the Trust Index. You will also gain insight into the five highest and five lowest scoring statements.
Detailed results
You get full insight into all the results of the Trust Index. That is: the scores on the 60 statements and the answers to the demographic, multiple-choice and open-ended questions. You can also give managers access to the results for their own department or team.
Benchmarks
Compare your results with those of other organizations.
Own addition questions
Add additional questions of your own to the Trust Index.
Pulse surveys
Pulse surveys are interim measurements. They allow you to measure your progress or research specific themes at the department or team level.

Online guidance
All contact moments during the program are online via Teams or email.
Customer Success Manager
A Customer Success Manager is your first person of contact. He or she will support you during the process. You will have contact with your Customer Success Manager at the following times: before the survey (onboarding), after the survey (navigation), during the follow-up (check-ins) and after the program (evaluation).
Onboarding
During the onboarding, you will meet your Customer Success Manager. Things like support, goals and planning will be discussed.
Navigation
During the online navigation, your Customer Success Manager will take you through the results of the survey.
