Great Place To Work is located in 60 countries worldwide. The Trust Index can be conducted in any country. The survey is the same in every country and in every organization. This makes the Trust Index valuable for international organizations.
With the Accelerate package, you can participate in multiple countries. The investment depends, among other things, on the number of employees per country. Therefore, in this case we make a customized price proposal. Schedule a non-binding consultation for this.
A program usually starts with a baseline measurement: where do you stand? The second year you measure whether the changes you have implemented have a positive effect. This year usually revolves around the low-hanging fruit: things you can pick up easily and quickly. The third year shows the effect of bigger changes, for example in the areas of communication, transparency and honesty.
It is possible to enter into a partnership on the basis of a one-year contract. In this case, the annual price is increased by 10%.
Organizations with ANBI status receive a 25% discount on the annual fee. We introduced this arrangement because we think it is important that these organizations are also good employers for their employees. Often, of course, a lot of the budget goes to performing their work as a charity, which is why we offer this allowance.
