Assess™ Toolkit
Ready to get started with your Trust Index?
In this toolkit, we explain how it works and the steps you take before, during and after the survey.
The first step is watching the onboarding video.
Here's how it works
Determine the survey start date. The survey can start on any business day of the week.
Start to communicate about the survey 2-3 weeks before the survey start date.
Answer at least the following questions in your communication:
-
Why is participating in Great Place To Work important to the organization?*
-
What do employees gain from participating in the survey?
-
How will you act on the results after the survey?
*The Impact Overview can help you answer this question.
The term 'management
The term 'management' is used frequently in the survey. In this video, we explain exactly what we mean by this term. It is helpful to share this video with your employees before the survey.
More tips on communication can be found in the communication toolkit.
You can set up the survey in Emprising. This is an online platform where you can also view the results after the survey.
You have received an email from support@greatplacetowork.com. With this email you can log into Emprising.
This checklist explains how to set up the survey in Emprising.
Support
Do you have a question about setting up the survey? Ask your question via the support chat in Emprising. You can open the chat by clicking the question mark icon (“Need help?”) in the top-right corner of Emprising.
If the chat answer does not fully resolve your issue, you can submit a support ticket via the chat.
Respons
From the chosen start date, the survey will be open for 2 weeks. After that, the survey will automatically close if the minimum response rate is achieved. If not, the survey will be automatically extended by 1 week.
Culture Brief
During the survey you fill out the Culture Brief. This can be found in the Customer Portal in Emprising.
Analyze results in Emprising
After completing the survey, you can view and analyze the results in Emprising.
Communication
Thank your employees for their participation and share the most important insights in a transparent way.
Show why people want to work for you and stay with you. This will help you build a strong employer brand that inspires confidence and attracts talent.
Certification
Your organization is Great Place To Work-Certified if you meet the following requirements:
- A score of 70% or higher on the Trust Index
- A minimum response rate based on organization size
- A completed Culture Brief
If your organization is certified, you'll receive the certification toolkit with everything you need to make the most of the certificate, for example the Badge Scan Checklist.
