What is Emprising?

Emprising is an online platform that replaces Waves. This platform is very similar to Waves. For example, on both platforms it's possible to monitor live responses and to view and analyze results after the survey is completed.

But there are also differences between Waves and Emprising. The biggest difference is that in Emprising you can prepare the Trust Index employee survey yourself, as well as view the results immediately afterwards.

Our Customer Success Managers are informing participating organizations who will be using Emprising in September.

September 1st, 2023

We are saying goodbye to Waves. From now on, all participating organizations will use Emprising.

September 1st, 2024

Until September 1st, 2024, Waves will remain available to compare old data with new data.

You are in control

You get access to the platform yourself. This allows you to run the Trust Index yourself, set up surveys and give managers access to their own team's results.

Fewer contact persons

You no longer have contact with a project manager. Your Customer Success Manager is the main contact person before, during and after the survey. For practical matters, you can contact the Survey Manager.

Everything in one place

You can also complete the Culture Brief and Culture Audit in Emprising. And if you're certified, Emprising gives you instant access to the certification toolkit with your certificate and logos.

For how long is the Trust Index open in Emprising?

The survey will be open for two weeks by default. After one week, a reminder is automatically sent to employees who have not yet completed the survey.

If after two weeks the required response has not been achieved, the survey is automatically extended by one week. The survey is open for a maximum of 30 days.

It is possible to close the survey earlier if the response rate is met.

When can I see the results?

Once the survey is closed, you can view the results directly in Emprising. The system is designed in such a way that employee anonymity remains protected.

For this we use the same rules as in Waves (lower limit of 5 respondents per group).

For how long will Waves be available?

As of September 1st, 2023, all surveys will be conducted in Emprising. Until then, Waves will remain in use.

Until September 1st, 2024, you can view old survey results in Waves. That way you can compare the results of the new survey with previous survey results.

It is not possible to import data from Waves into Emprising and vice versa. So if you are going to compare data, you are working in two systems.

Can I have the survey checked before it is sent out?

Yes, you can. You can submit a request to our helpdesk (NL_helpdesk@greatplacetowork.com) for a final check. This way you can be sure that everything is going well.
