Our onboarding starts 2 weeks before the first day with a link to our Becoming Bacardi portal where you will get familiar with our values, products and history. On your first day you will get all your equipment and an onboarding plan called your First 90 Days. During your first 90 days you will meet your stakeholders, get to know the departments and undergo the knowledge transfer to be able to set your first objectives. And off course we make time for you to taste our products!
