Tip: involve your employees in sharing this news! For example, by asking them for input. What makes working at your organization so special? Personal stories always perform well on social media. And don't just post from your business accounts, but encourage your employees to share that your organization is a Best Workplace through their personal accounts.

Great News message

Use the Great News message to share your organization's ranking with your colleagues. For example, share it via email, intranet or an internal newsletter.

Press release

Use the press release to share with the rest of the world that your organization is on the list.

To use the press release optimally, we recommend not only sharing it with the press, but also posting it as a blog or news item on your website.

You can also use the content of the press release to write your own blog or news item.

When can I start sharing that my organization is a Best Workplace?

Of course, you can’t wait to share that your organization is on the list! Here are the key dates to keep in mind:

May 26, 2026: from this date onwards, you may announce that your organization is one of the Best Workplaces 2026. However, the ranking is not yet disclosed at this point.
June 2, 2026: during The Happening, we will reveal the rankings. From this moment on, you may also share your organization’s exact position.
June 3, 2026: we will publish the rankings on our website and social media channels.

What does it mean to be a Best Workplace?

Organizations that put their people first deserve a spotlight. That's why we recognize good employers through certification and the Best Workplaces.

Only certified organizations stand a chance of winning the title Best Workplace. This requires a score of 70% or higher on the Trust Index.

The 50 highest scoring organizations make up the Best Workplaces. The ranking is determined according to the Great Place To Work For All formula.

Which categories does the list consist of?

The list consists of four categories:

Small: organizations with 20 up to and including 49 employees
Medium: organizations with 50 up to and including 249 employees
Mid Large: organizations with 250 up to and including 499 employees
Large: organizations with 500 or more employees

Since 2025, the Best Workplaces list consists of 50 organizations (previous: 40). The main reason is that the number of participating organizations increases each year, especially in the Small and Medium categories. Many more organizations participate in these categories than in the Mid Large and Large categories, so the chances of making the list were getting smaller and smaller.

To make this fairer, we have increased the number of spots in Small and Medium from 10 to 15. This way we give more organizations the recognition they deserve and we are better able to match the growth in the number of participating organizations. We want to continue to do justice to all organizations that are Great Place To Work.
