For one year, you may use the Best Workplaces for Women logo in all your internal and external communications.

For example, you can use the logo here:

• In the footer of your website

• On your careers page

• In job postings

• On your social media channels

We have created two designs:

To make it even easier, we also wrote ready-to-use copy that you can use with the visual.

Use the Great News message to share internally with your colleagues that your organization is on the list of Best Workplaces for Women. For example, share it via email, intranet or an internal newsletter.

Use the press release to share with the rest of the world that your organization is on the list.

To use the press release optimally, we recommend not only sharing it with the press, but also posting it as a blog or news item on your website.

You can also use the content of the press release to write your own blog or news item.

Of course, you can’t wait to share that your organization is on the list! Here are the key dates to keep in mind:

• February 24, 2025: from this date onwards, you may announce that your organization is one of the Best Workplaces for Women 2026. However, the ranking is not yet disclosed at this point.

• March 3, 2026: during The Dinner, we will reveal the rankings. From this moment on, you may also share your organization’s exact position.

• March 4, 2025: we will publish the rankings on our website and social media channels.

Organizations that are proud to call themselves a Best Workplace for Women meet the following criteria:

• The number of women equals or exceeds the CBS benchmark in the organization's industry

• The percentage of women in leadership roles exceeds 33%

• Senior management consists of at least one woman

• A Trust Index score of 70% or higher according to the women in the organization

A total of 319 organizations were eligible for the 2025 list. Of these, only 73 organizations met the above criteria. From this group, a selection by category (Small, Medium, Mid-Large and Large) was made based on the For All formula. And your organization is among them!  

The list consists of 3 categories:

• Small: organizations with 20-49 employees

• Medium: organizations with 50-249 employees

• Mid Large: organizations with 249-500 employees

• Large: organizations with 500 or more employees
  

Content

After announcing the ranking, we will publish a magazine featuring data and stories about the Best Workplaces for Women 2025. Around this, we will run a content campaign on social media.
