Certification Toolkit
Congratulations, your organization is now officially Great Place To Work-Certified™!
This means that your work culture has been assessed and appreciated by your own people. It's a valuable moment to be proud of and to capitalize on.
This toolkit contains everything you need to get the most out of your certification. The certification kit includes templates and resources that you can use to achieve this.
Achieving certification is a collective achievement of which you can be proud. Celebrate this success and share it with your employees! Here's how you can go about it:
-
First things first. Make sure everyone knows that your organization is certified. Use your usual internal communication tools for this, such as intranet, an internal newsletter, Teams, Slack, and so on. Tip: often one email is not enough. So keep sharing!
-
Let's celebrate! Choose a good moment to share the certification, such as during a meeting with all your colleagues. Make this moment extra festive with garlands, cake, champagne and music. Need inspiration? Then take a look at this video!
-
Show it off. Give the bamboo certificate a prominent place, use screens, window stickers, toilet advertising, you name it! That way your colleagues are constantly reminded that your organization is a great place to work. And that makes for proud employees!

Social media is a powerful channel for showing your pride, engaging employees, and highlighting what makes your organization special. Below are some tips for sharing your certification on social media:
-
Update your company profile. Include in the Info and/or Careers (if applicable) tab that your organization is certified.
-
Share an official announcement from your company account. Create a celebratory post announcing that you are certified. Use your official Certified badge and explain why this is an important milestone for your organization.
-
Encourage employees to share their own experiences. Employee posts work especially well because they are authentic and personal. Let your colleagues explain why they enjoy working for your organization, what makes your culture unique, or what certification means to them.
-
Experiment with different formats. Think videos, GIFs, infographics, quotes, and interviews.
-
Turn it into a series. Who says you can only share your certification once? For example, share an interview with a colleague every week or highlight a series of highlights from your Trust Index results.

Monthly certification post on LinkedIn
Every second Thursday of the month, we proudly share an overview of all certified organizations from the previous month on LinkedIn. For example, if you were certified in January, you will be included in the February post, unless you have agreed otherwise with your Customer Success Manager. We will tag your organization in the post so that you will receive a notification.

We share your certification in two ways:
-
Via LinkedIn on the first Thursday of the month
-
On our website via an employer page: as soon as possible and in any case within one week after you have provided input
Is this too soon because you want to share your certification internally first? Let your Customer Success Manager know as soon as possible. We will include your organization in a later post on LinkedIn and put the employer page on hold.
